Euréval
Euréval supports and advises public authorities and NGOs at international, national, regional and local levels. The company conducts ex post and ex ante evaluations in many policy domains. The scope of its activities extends to the design of evaluation systems, assistance in the drawing up of terms of reference and quality control. In addition, Euréval offers and organises a number of training seminars.
The strength of Euréval on the evaluation market builds upon a deep specialisation, which enables it to capitalise best evaluation practices from many fields or countries. Euréval strives to achieve the highest level of professionalism since its development entirely depends on its clients' satisfaction and on its reputation of impartiality. Since its creation, Euréval has made a noteworthy contribution to the development of public policy evaluation and is one of the main actors on the European evaluation scene. Euréval has been a key contributor to the creation of the European Evaluation Society and the French Evaluation Society.
Euréval has a strong experience of EU policies developed both at EU (DG REGIO, DG EMPL, DG AGRI...), and national and regional levels. Over the years, the European Commission entrusted to Euréval some missions of great width, like: the Evaluation of Structural Funds, the MEANS programme between 1994 and 1999, and the Design, implementation and dissemination of evaluation techniques and tools adapted to the European Commission's development aid to third countries for Europeaid Cooperation Office, from 2002 to 2006. Today the firm has over one hundred references in evaluation in many different fields, for example: regional development, social integration, sustainable development, etc.
Euréval is an independent private company founded in 1994 and owned by its founding staff members. The company has its headquarters in Lyon (France) and offices in Paris. Euréval currently has around 15 consultants with various backgrounds (sociology, political science, economics, management, civil engineering, urban planning). Working languages are French, English, Italian, Spanish, and German. Euréval develops short term partnerships with a number of field experts (environment, transport, urban development, health, etc.).
