Logframe

Logframe - Consultoria e Formação, Lda is a private consultancy and professional training firm operating in Portugal since 2004. Founded and operating from Lisbon Logframe has contracts in all eighteen Portuguese Districts and works in cooperation with several local governments.

Its areas of work range from strategic planning, policy, programme and project evaluation and organisational change to gender issues or quality management systems.

From 2004, Logframe has been an active player in the consultancy market in Portugal and its initial focus on social intervention issues has been incremented to accommodate a range of new areas answering the demands of its clients.

At this time, Logframe’s clients are mainly Municipalities, NGO’s, small private business firms and the central government via its Institutes (like the Social Security National Institute).

Some of the most notorious contracts held by Logframe in the last years were:

• Several consultancy contracts with Municipalities to help implementing local organizational networks for social development (Strategic Planning);
• Evaluation of local initiatives for education, employment, health, turism or social inclusion;
• Evaluation of EQUAL initiative projects;
• Evaluation of projects in various national and European programmes;
• Consultancy for the implementation of information systems;
• Several professional training protocols that amount to more than 2000 hours just in the last two years (in all areas of Logframe’s intervention).

Right now the strategic directions for Logframe are its internationalization and the consolidation of same of the newest areas it began to work on, like Quality Management Systems.

At the moment Logframe has a small fixed team, but highly professional, with great experience and a larger number of consultants that work on a project based approach.
