D&D Consulting

D&D Consulting is a Slovak consultancy company established in 2005. The company was created as a Slovak/Austrian partnership, whose key competences are built upon the success of its partners, demonstrated by several years of knowledge, experience and skills in the monitoring and evaluation of European funds and international donor assistance.

D&D Consulting was created primarily to facilitate the introduction of evaluation culture through the support and advice to public authorities at all levels in new EU Member States, EU Candidate Countries and other beneficiary countries of external assistance in the introduction and implementation of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and practices.

The services of D&D Consulting focus on good governance and international development and include monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, technical assistance, policy advice, development of management guidelines at policy, programme and project level, including studies, surveys and analyses.

D&D Consulting has in particular significant expertise in the monitoring and evaluation of EU pre-accession, EU post-accession and structural funds programmes (ERDF, ESF) in New Member States and EU Candidate Countries as well as development aid and bi-lateral assistance (Canada, Norway, European Economic Area, UNDP, Austria).  

The company has participated in monitoring and evaluation missions, management of country evaluation teams, training and coaching activities to ensure highest professional quality standards in monitoring and evaluation.  As an EU New Member State company, D&D pays particular attention to the development of evaluation culture to improve professional public management and good governance. D&D Consulting is a founder member of the Slovak Evaluation Society.
