Preparatory studies for a methodological document for EC members

The aim of these study missions consisted in improving Structural interventions of the EC. The study rested on analysis of official documentation and organisation of workshops in which participated members of involved services and thematic specialists, followed by drawing conclusions from existing practices. The result of the study was a methodological note dedicated to members of services in charge of writing terms of reference and who must anticipate methodological problems the evaluation team is likely to be faced with. Themes are : how to assess the impacts of Structural interventions on employment, environment ; how to improve the systems of indicators formonitoring and evaluation of programmes,etc
