Training of approximately 400 EC civil servants in charge of Structural funds

In the perspective of the implementation of the MEANS programme, we have trained a large number of civil servants during seminars (3-4 training days), based on an alternance of conferences and workshops based on case studies dealing with evaluations of EC programmes. The conferences deal with major issues in the field of evaluation, such as how to command an evaluation, how to make the right technical choices, how to assess quality. Thanks to personalised workshops, trainees may analyse the quality of the reports they were given and make decisions."
