Support to the evaluation of the Roadmap for equality between Women and Men (2006-2010)

The Roadmap for equality between Women and Men (2006-2010) represents the commitments of the Commission towards the promotion of gender equality. The Roadmap presents six priority areas which contribute to the achievment of the EU gender equality objectives: achieving equal economic independence for women and men; enhancing reconciliation of work, private and family life; promotion participation of women and men in decision making; eradicating gender based violence and trafficking; eliminating of gender stereotypes in society; promoting og gender equality outside the EU.

Ex-post Evaluation of the IST Thematic Priority in the 6th FP

This evaluation is commissioned by the European Commission, DG INFSO, in the context of the framework contract signed between the Directorate General for Budget and Ramboll Management in association with Matrix and Eureval (Lot 1).

The objective of this ex-post evaluation is to analyse and assess the systemic effects of the 6th FP research activities, and the extent to which they have contributed to the wider EU strategic objectives.

Final evaluation of the MEDIA Plus and MEDIA Training programmes (2001-2006)

The objective of the ex-post evaluation of MEDIA Plus and MEDIA Training programmes was mainly to assess their impact on the european audiovisual sector (cinema and television). The timing of this evaluation provided the necessary distance to be able to evaluate their effectiveness, impact and utility and to identify those effects directly attributable to the Programmes (as opposed to those induced by external factors eg. Market forces).

Interim evaluation of the MEDIA 2007 programme for the European audiovisual sector

The main objective is to provide an external and independent interim evaluation of the MEDIA 2007 programme. The study will have to assess if the objectives of the programme continue to be adapted to the needs of the European audiovisual sector, and its European added-value. It will also consider the efficiency of the management and operation of the implementation.

Interim evaluation of the "MEDIA Plus and Media Training" programmes for the European audiovisual sector

The overall objective of this contract is to procure an external, independant interim evaluation of the current MEDIA programmes. The study has contributed to assess the impact of the current programme, to prepare the new programme for the audiovisual sector and to monitor the evolution and emerging needs of the sector in relation to the implementation of the current Programmes.
